FIRST Peer Support
Our Peer Support Groups are open to clients and non-clients of FIRST. They allow everyone to meet up for a cuppa and a chat whilst providing one another with advice and support. There is no set agenda. Our Tuesday groups run weekly between 12.00pm and 1.30pm at the FIRST office in Kirkcaldy and between 6.30pm and 8.00pm at Edison House, Glenrothes. Our Thursday group runs weekly between 6.30pm and 8.00pm at the Dell Farquharson Leisure Centre, Dunfermline.
UK SMART Recovery provide mutual-aid meetings throughout Fife. The programme involves individuals learning skills to help them abstain from addictive behaviours. To find out more about SMART and/or to find a meeting in your area, please visit smartrecovery.org.uk.
